How do I place my order?

Step 1: Click on the product of your choice.


Step 2: Click on BUY IT NOW Or Click on ADD TO CART if you wish to continue shopping.


Step 3: Click on BUY IT NOW

where you must furnish your details to complete billing.


Step 4: After you are satisfied with billing details proceed to payment.

Do Aryama have COD order option?

Yes, we do have COD option for all our products, to ensure safe payment and delivery services.

Process:


1. After you fill in your shipping address details (mobile number is mandatory)


2. In Customer Information, under Billing details, towards the last there will be an option for Cash on Delivery.


3. In the next step, click that and you will receive an order approval page automatically and also an email, confirming the same.


4. Therefore, you have completed you order under ‘cash on delivery’ payment option.


We will be charging you ₹60 for COD.

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Yes. Just add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping cart and then complete your order. This way you can save on any additional shipping and COD charges!

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

For all orders, you will receive an e-mail. If you haven’t received any email regarding your order from Aryama (info@aryama.shop), please do check your spam/ junk folders in your mailbox. Still haven’t found your order confirmation? Don’t worry!

You can mail us to info@aryama.shop and we will get back to you ASAP.

Can I order a product that is out of stock?

Unfortunately, you cannot place orders for products listed as "Out of Stock".

Why was my order payment rejected?

There are various reasons why this may have happened but we suggest the following step.

First, check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order.

Second, check if your debit, credit or net banking system information is valid and up to date. If you were recently issued a new card some of the information may have changed. Please confirm your credit card details and try again in that case.

Third, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.

How do I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to the content of your order at any point before billing. Once you have confirmed your order and made payment, we regret to advise that no changes can be made to those orders.

What are the payment types you offer?

We offer UPI, Credit cards, Debit card, Net banking and Wallets.

Is GST included in the product price?

Yes, All prices shown are GST inclusive.

How safe is it to use my debit/credit card?

We use the RAZOR PAY as our payment gateway. They are standard secure payment service, so that we can ensure that all your online transactions with us are processed in an extremely safe manner. You will be redirected to your individual bank's page where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or Secure Code password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on our site.

What is COD (Cash on Delivery)?

If you are still uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep. You can only make COD payments in Indian Rupees.

Is COD available to all locations across India?

We offer COD facilities where our logistics partner- Shiprocket confirms the same.

How does return, refund and exchange work in Aryama?

We strongly believe in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Further more if you want to initiate a return, exchange or refund, please do email to us at info@aryama.shop, within 24 hrs.

We will make sure to clarify the necessary details needed for an exchange or return from our end and process the refund within 3-5 business days.

How will I get a refund for my cancelled order and how long will the process take?

We offer COD facilities where our logistics partner- Shiprocket confirms the same.

By when can I expect delivery of my order?

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow
following number of days from receipt of your order.
All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can
expect delivery of the order within 3- 5 business days. For locations, which are in the
interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 5-7 working days.

What do I need to know about my order?

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, Aryama takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

What if I receive a wrong order or damaged order?

Aryama is not responsible for damage after delivery. For any complaints with regards to your order please mail us to info@aryama.shop within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.

How to redeem the ‘NEWARYAMA10’ coupon?

Step 1: Select your desired item to order.

Step 2: Click on ADD TO CART, then PROCEED TO CHECK OUT or directly click on PROCEED TO CHECK OUT.

Step 3: Under ‘Your order’, you will have an option to enter the code ‘NEWARYAMA10’. Please do enter, if not added by prompt.

Step 4: And all done! Now you can click on ‘Apply’ button and your coupon will be applied automatically.
