the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised

features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete
information when creating your account and keep it updated. You are solely
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute,
modify, or create derivative works from the Services without Aryama’s prior
written consent.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and
in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or
inhibit their use of the Services. Aryama reserves the right to terminate or
restrict your access to the Services if your conduct violates these Terms.

Services

All accepted offers will be fulfilled by Aryama. If you have
provided a valid email address or contact number, Aryama will promptly notify
you via email or SMS (as applicable) to confirm the receipt of your order.
Subsequently, another notification will be sent to confirm the details and
proceed with processing the order.

Acceptance of your order will occur upon dispatch of the
Product(s) requested. Any actions or inactions by Aryama before the actual
dispatch of the Product(s) ordered will not constitute acceptance of your
offer.

The Services shall include:

Supply of the ordered product to you;

Procuring a logistics company experienced with collection and transportation to deliver your ordered Products (“Logistics Supplier”)

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount specified for the product, inclusive of any associated shipping costs or charges as outlined during the order process. All prices are presented and payable in Indian National Rupees.

Aryama may not accept your order for products if

(a) the item/s is/are out of stock;

(b) Aryama is unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;

(c) shipping restrictions apply to a particular Product / Location;

(d) Aryama finds a Product or pricing error; or

(e) for any other reason at Aryama’ s sole discretion. In any of these situations, Aryama will inform you that your order has not been accepted, will not process your payment and will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our decision to decline processing an order, or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Occasionally, pricing errors may occur on our website or during the order process. Additionally, transmission errors could disrupt your purchase. In case of such errors, Aryama will make sincere efforts to address any issues that arise. You agree to cooperate with Aryama in resolving these matters, acknowledging that Aryama has the final decision in determining appropriate solutions for such instances.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a pricing error, Aryama reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or cancel any orders placed for that product. In the event of a mispriced product, Aryama may, at its discretion, either contact you for further instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Aryama shall not be held responsible for any delays in
shipping your ordered and purchased product(s), lost or missing product(s), or
incorrect delivery of the product(s) to you, if such incidents occur due to
your fault or inaccurate, false, or incomplete information provided by you.

RETURNS

Products purchased through the Website should be returned
new, unused, in their original packaging and with the original invoice and all
Product tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be
accepted by Aryama and may be sent back to you.

Please be aware that refunds to your card may take up to 15
business days to process, depending on the processing time of your bank. The
duration can vary significantly between card issuers, and Aryama shall not be
liable for any delays in refunds by card companies or banks. Aryama does not
provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy or timeliness of refunds reaching
your card or bank account.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aryama, its affiliates, or their
respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out
of or relating to your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aryama, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents
from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising
out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the
Services.

Aryama shall not be liable for any delay or failure in
performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but
not limited to acts of God, acts of government, laws or regulations, embargoes,
epidemics, wars, terrorism, civil unrest, fires, explosions, earthquakes,
nuclear accidents, floods, strikes, power outages, natural disasters, severe
weather, hacking or other illegal activities, inability to secure products or
services from third parties or transportation providers, or issues with the
internet or telecommunications carriers.
