We have a Return and Exchange Policy on applicable products

In case if you want to return or exchange the product, you have to notify us by email within 7 days after receiving the product with reasons for return or exchange CLEARLY MENTIONED.

Any product purchased in Sale is non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Any product bought through discount codes or offers will not be applicable for returns. But exchange of orders can be initiated.

Refunds

On receipt of email requesting RETURN or REFUND, we will initiate pick up from the customer by our Logistics Partner.

After receiving the return, we will process REFUND/REPLACEMENT within 3 working days.

Exchange Policy

We will accept return or exchange only when products are in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged conditions. If we suspect that the products are in used, worn, washed or damaged condition, we will not be able to accept return or exchange on such products.

We will accept return or exchange only if they are returned in their original packaging, with their original tags intact.

To exchange, you have to notify us by email within 7 days after receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email to our customer care team at info@aryama.shop or by informing our team on Mobile/WhatsApp no +918971773873.

No order can be cancelled if it is shipped from our warehouse. It is only eligible for Return or Exchange.
